Hello Fiona
Just returned from Christmas break.
I have tried your suggestion and cannot make it work. More than likely I am the problem! however—
I right clicked on Inbox—No new folder came up — only
Back
Forward
Select all

I think you’re clicking in the wrong place Christine. If you send me an email using the Contact Us page on this website, I will reply privately on Monday and include a screenshot.

Can you tell us which program you are using for your email please Christine? Is it Windows Mail?

In that case:
Right mouse click on Inbox in the Local Folders list on the left.
Left Click on New Folder
Type a name for the folder
Click OK
It should now be listed underneath Inbox in your Folders list and you can drag messages into it from the list of messages in your Inbox.
Hope that helps,
Fiona
