printing from stick
i put works data base then put it on a stick then i put names and addresses etc but not all on same day say over a week when i tried to print it all it printed in bits of each page not all together
so how can i print it all off in one go

I sounds like there is too much to fit one the page, John. Changing it to landscape might help or you may be able to make the margins smaller.
Difficult to tell you how to do it without know what sort of database it is but have a look in the menus and see if you can see Page Layout or Page Setup.
