Adobe Flash Player is updated regularly, generally to patch security issues, and it’s important to keep it up to date. You can check whether you have the latest version at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/, which also provides a link to get the latest version.
I’m not sure which Adobe product you mean when you say “How do you print from adobe”, but if it’s Adobe Reader (formerly called Acrobat), which opens PDF files, there’s a Print button at top left. You can also print via the File … Print command.
